TTTI’s Comments on Joint Select Committee Report on Public Procurement

Regulation Stamps

Trinidad and Tobago Transparency Institute welcomes the laying in Parliament of the Report of The Joint Select Committee Appointed to Consider and Report to Parliament on the Legislative Proposals to Provide for Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Property and the Repeal and Replacement of the Central Tenders Board Act. Over the coming days we will review this document and discuss it with fellow stakeholders before offering comment if thought necessary. We are encouraged by this development and hope that the enactment of appropriate legislation and regulations will be accomplished and put into effect in the shortest possible time.
