Donna Christine-Ann Jack-Hill is an established professional with more than 33 years’ experience in the field of accounting, treasury operations and risk management. She possesses a strong track record for timely and quality deliverables across four industry sectors – banking, insurance, manufacturing and security and has led cross-functional teams in problem-solving projects in the areas of correspondent banking, liquidity risk management and foreign exchange risk management. She has worked and lived in three countries and is experienced in multinational environments, interfacing with stakeholders at all organizational levels. Her training and mentoring competencies were enabled by successful experiences as a high school teacher. She possesses strong analytical, inter-personal and communication skills as well as the ability to lead others to individual and organizational goal attainment and has proven competency, at the advanced level, in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor. She is committed to highly ethical, principled and professional standards and recently lead a business in the Security Industry with a focus on growth and transformation.
She taught Science and Mathematics at Providence Girls High School in Trinidad and Clement Howell High School in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands and held a number of key positions in various organizations including Auditor at Ernst and Young Lever Brothers, Accountant for TATIL Life Assurance Limited, Marketing Accountant and Management Accountant at Unilever Caribbean Limited, Relationship Manager Correspondent Banking, Manager Liquidity and Funding and Senior Manager, Liquidity at RBTT Financial Holdings Limited (later RBC Group) and Chief Executive Officer of Personal Safety and Security Training Limited.
Donna holds a Bachelor’s Degree (With Upper Second-Class Honors) in Biochemistry from the University of the West Indies, Executive Masters of Business Administration (with Distinction) from the Arthur Lok Jack School of Business St Augustine University of the West Indies and was awarded the Top Student of her graduating class of 2008. She is also a Fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (FCCA) in the United Kingdom, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) registered with the Virginia Board of Accountancy in the USA and a Chartered Accountant (CA) registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Trinidad and Tobago (ICATT). She is also a Fellow of the Life Management Institute (With Distinction), an Associate Customer Service (With Distinction) and a designated Intuit Advance Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor for Online Pro Premier and Enterprise Accounting Software and an Estate Superintendent (Regimental No. 31913) Precepted by the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service.
She spent this year (2023) serving as Trinidad and Tobago Transparency Institute’s (TTTI) Vice-Chair and from 2020 – 2022 as Treasurer. For the past three years, Donna has also been the Chair of TTTI’s Fundraising Committee.
